Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your reservation, advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund of your prepaid rent less a $50 cancellation fee. Thirty days for daily or weekly condominium rentals (weekly rental rates are based on a six day stay with the 7th day free). Sixty days for all monthly rentals. If you fail to give the required notice you will forfeit your prepaid rent. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR NOT BEING SATISFIED WITH YOUR RENTAL UNIT. TRIP INSURANCE IS AVAIABLE FOR PAYMENTS THAT ARE MADE IN FULL; 7% OF TOTAL RENTAL COST IS WHAT THE PERMIUM IS FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE.
