Our 3 bedroom condo rental in North Wildwood comes with a queen-size bed, a double bed, two twin beds and a day bed to let seven vacationers have a great time here. The two bathrooms are adequately fitted with showers and bathtubs for your convenience.
The living room of this North Wildwood vacation condo features facilities such as TV/DVD/VCR, cable TV, DVD player, VCR and board games for your indoor entertainment. Our recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances for your convenience. The deck has suitable sitting arrangement to enjoy the serene views. You will not get any closer to the beach or the breathtaking views other than from this condo.
Stroll along the promenade to the historic Hereford Inlet Lighthouse, catch a variety of fish at the tournament fishing beach, launch a boat from a nearby marina or enjoy a bike ride along the bike trail to the Wildwood boardwalk. Rentals less then 7 days add $100.00 turnover fee

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 90 days before arrival subject to a $50.00 processing fee.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival subject to a $300.00 cancellation fee.
After 60 days full rent is charged unless another tenant is secured for the dates. If another tenant is secured cancellation fee is the difference plus a $50.00 processing fee.

Rules:
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the Condo. Smoking is permitted on the front deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
The garage can be used for parking of up to two cars. Additional parking is available on the sides of the building on a first come bases. There is a $75.00 fee for a lost parking permit card.
Primary Lease Holder musst be 25 years or older no exceptions.
Anyone misrepresenting themselves will forfiet any & all payments.
