This exquisitely built and modern styled 2 story Miami Beach, Florida vacation rental home was designed by famed architect Lawrence Murray Dixon, who also designed some of the most popular and famous hotels in Miami Beach. Murray was famous for his artistic designs in his floors, which is evident throughout the ground floor of our 4 bedrooms and 4 baths rental home, where there is plenty of room to relax around the uniquely designed pool deck and grassy area for the kids to play.

Located in an exclusive neighborhood of Miami Beach, this child friendly Miami Beach vacation home features a secluded pool area surrounded by lush palm fronds and a private ficus hedge. It also boasts stunningly large master and three bedrooms with their own custom designed bathrooms. With the sofa sleeper in the living room, our home can sleep up to eight vacationers comfortably.

Remodeled recently, this Miami Beach home rental also features breathtaking custom kitchen cabinetry with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances for your convenience. We also provide private gas barbecue to give you diverse eating options while you choose to enjoy the amenities and entertainment facilities such as cable TV, DVD, VCR and wireless Internet access at our home.

Walk down to the gorgeous Miami Beach or South Beaches if you are looking for some exciting water activities such as snorkeling and tubing. Great parks with enclosed area, mini-mountains and state of the art jungle gyms are just a couple of blocks away. You can also take your children to the Jungle Island Adventure Park and the Miami Children's Museum, which is for kids of all ages. 3 blocks away, you'll find famed Arthur Godfrey Drive, and a short bike ride will lead you to famous Lincoln Road. Passionate golfers would like to stay back at home while their family is away on a fun trip as this Miami Beach home is near a golf course.

Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. * Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. * New Year's/Christmas/holidays............... $6,995/wk.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 21 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Security deposit required (can be secured by credit card by authorizing the deposit amount without having to actually charge it - this helps reduce your out-of-pocket expenses).
