Our beautifully furnished and well equipped three bed, two bath executive villa has a Private Heated Pool overlooking a fabulous lake, teaming with wildlife and ideal for sun lovers.

Situated in the heart of the Briarwood Gated Community, our Villa is only 10 mins to Downtown Naples and all that glorious 5th Avenue has to offer and only a minutes walk to the clubhouse with tennis, community pool and child's play area.

The property has been tastefully furnished to the highest standard to ensure your total comfort and piece of mind. Creature comforts include LCD Cable TV (100+ channels) with DVD and video, Bose Sound system and free High-Speed WI-FI internet access for those who want to keep in touch.
