FUN IN THE SUN! Enjoy the 80 degree heated kidney shaped pool alongside the tropical garden, the hot tub for eight, the waterfront, boat dock and the views. Sun bathe on the patio all day long, jump into the hot tub and swim in the pool. Rent a boat and keep it at the dock for daily outings or out to dinner at night. Sit on the dock and watch the boats go by. We are only a mile and a half from miles of gorgeous sandy beach, a 36 hole golf course and fantastic shopping. Enjoy our beautiful private patio with recliners and chairs for your sun tanning pleasure. We are centrally located in a quiet, child safe neighborhood.

Nearby we have parks and water parks for the kiddos. Tennis, night life, golf and over 3,000 restaurants from sports bars to white tablecloth dining for the adults. A casino is located within minutes of the house.

HOUSE: The L shaped design assures master bedroom privacy as the two guest rooms are on the opposite side of the home. Every room but the kitchen has a sliding glass door to the pool. Open the slider in any bedroom and you will find the pool within 5’ of the room. A short walk to the opposite side of the pool and you will be at the hot tub which seats up to 8 people and affords a beautiful view of the water and pool. Have a romantic evening eating at the glass dining room table which overlooks the pool and waterfront or eat outside by the pool. Enjoy looking at the tropical garden which attracts beautiful and different birds.

The spacious master bedroom has a 37”, wall mounted flat screen TV and a cabana bath leading out to the pool. Sleep well in the new king size bed with a memory foam mattress and comfort galore. The Queen bedroom is luxurious with a new bedroom set. Lie in bed and enjoy the view of the pool and waterfront, or just click on the wall mounted TV and relax in comfort. The twin bedroom has two beds for privacy. Push them together if more comfortable and here you can also enjoy the pool and water view or just relax and watch television. The guest bathroom is just outside the two guest bedrooms.

The living room is incredible with a new 50” plasma high definition TV, DVD player and all the goodies. 34’ long from front to back of the dining room. Watch your favorite Sunday football game or evening program while sitting on the new leather sectional or leather convertible couch. The sectional has recliners at either end for your relaxation and comfort. Nautical oil paintings dress up the walls along with two palm trees placed on either side of the television.

The kitchen has lots of storage room, a white porcelain sink, dishwasher, wonderful gas stove and a brand new side-by-side refrigerator. A door leads from the kitchen to the laundry and utility room where we have a washer, dryer and air conditioning system. We also store pool toys, a bike and paper goods here.

The dock is a place for fun and boating. Sit on a chair, watch the boats, throw in a line with a hook and catch a fish.
