Part of the SeaMark Condominium complex, our Satellite Beach vacation rental condo is located along the Space and Treasure Coast between World Famous Cocoa Beach and Melbourne Beach. This condo offers refreshing views of swooshing ocean and the decolated beaches. Ideal for small families or group of friends, this condo features convenient furnishings.

Our fully furnished ocean front 2 bedroom condo rental Satellite Beach comes with a queen-size bed and a double bed for a comfortable stay of four vacationers. The two bathrooms are adequeatly fitted with showers and bathtubs for your convenience. We also have laundry facilities on the premises.

The modestly arranged living room of this Satellite Beach condo rental features facilities such as TV, cable TV, DVD player and CD stereo for the entertainment of the entire family. There is a fully equipped kitchen to facilitate your culinary needs. Our condo is a pet friendly condo. However, there are some restrictions.

Our Satellite Beach condo near beach is very affordable compared to all others in the area. It is within 15 minutes of the Melbourne Airport and an hour from the Orlando Airport. Besides, it is also within an hour of all of Orlando's theme parks including the Disney Parks as well as Sea World. Kennedy Space Center is just minutes away with launches easily viewable from our beach. Excellent sport fishing and ocean cruises are available out of Cape Canaveral which is only minutes away.

RATES

Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars.

Cancellation Policy: A $250.00 deposit is required to hold all monthly rentals, ($150.00 for weekly/3 day rentals) and is refundable if cancellations are made 60 days prior to the Date of Arrival/Rental. The Deposit, less a minimum cleaning fee of $43.00, will be returned if ALL things in the apartment are left in the condition you found them. The freezer and refrigerator must be emptied upon departure. Deposits will be returned by mail within 30 days of departure.

Rules: Cats that are de-clawed and neutered and dogs of 15 lbs. or less are accepted at Seamark. PET DEPOSITS ARE $100.00 PER PET AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
