Refunded if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date. 12% Florida tax is applied to all rates.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation with less than 60 days notice will forfeit the 10% deposit. Damage deposit is refundable.

Rules: Pets are not permitted. There is a maximum occupancy of six people. Smoking is permitted outside only! Family reunions, weddings, and house parties are not permitted. Toddlers are not recommended as pool has no child barrier.
