Our centralized air-conditioned 3 bedroom home rental in Fort Lauderdale is spacious enough to accommodate up to six guests. The plush bedrooms have queen-size beds and double beds for comfortable sleep and the two bathrooms are fitted with all kinds of modern amenities. If you love to cook your own meal, you will find a fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements. There is a private barbecue for you to grill up delicious fare to pamper your taste buds.

You will not miss your favorite music programs, sitcoms or movies, as there is a TV and cable TV for your entertainment. Our Fort Lauderdale house rental is an ideal base to take part in exciting water adventures including snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, jet skiing, windsurfing, and deep sea fishing. You can also sample fine and varied cuisines at the nearby restaurants and cafes.

Payment Policy: Please check availability Calendar for available dates. Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival plus a damage deposit of $250. Certified checks, PayPal, money orders, wire transfers are accepted forms of payment. The damage deposit will be returned within 15 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear or for violations to house rules. This is our house and we want to provide a comfortable stay for all. We thank you in helping us keep our costs down with courteous care taken during your stay. There is a $100 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs at check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s). Rates are subject to change without prior notice, book early and save. Longer term rates available upon request. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment is cleared.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: GENERAL POLICIES There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. There is no smoking in the house. We suggest guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in and check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates. This home is located in a quiet, safe, established residential neighborhood. It can accommodate a maximum of six (6) people, including children. With respect for our neighbors, we cannot allow parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults and families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing by the owner. We do not rent to minors, college groups or bachelor parties. Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
