MANASOTA KEY VACATION COTTAGE RENTAL DESCRIPTION

You will just love our Seaside Cottage, located at the south end of Manasota Key and just a few steps from Stump Pass State Park. If you like to walk on the beach, this is the perfect place, where you can collect bags of shells and sharks teeth and walk for more than a mile on an unspoiled beach. There are two units at Seaside Cottage: a large one bedroom unit with a king bed in the master suite and a double futon in the living area and a private screen porch. There is also a darling studio apt. with a queen bed and a trundle (2 twins) and a private patio. Both units have very stocked kitchens, complete baths, and each has its own washer and dryer. There a an extra outside shower great for use after the beach. We have included most everything you will need, even the beach chairs and towels and beach toys!

Payment Policy: I will be happy to work out a schedule of payment which is due prior to arrival. There are two different units which have two different rates. Summer rates begin May 1. Email or call to get info on lower rates for the studio apt.

Cancellation Policy: I will not keep your deposit, if I am able to rebook the stay.
