Each of our four spacious luxury Villas is fully equipped to make your vacation stay comfortable and effortless. Each Villa offers over 1200 square feet of air conditioned living area and features two bedrooms and 1 ½ baths, fully appointed kitchens, separate living and dining rooms, two enclosed lanais, and a washer & dryer. We also provide TVs, DVD and stereo equipment, fresh linens, towels, bicycles, beach equipment, a gas barbecue and a hot tub free for your use. Our Spanish Colonial architecture is complemented by our extensive tropical landscaping. Featuring over forty different varieties of tropical plants and flowers and complete with a traditional courtyard with a six foot fountain. Depending on the season, you catch the exotic aroma of jasmine, magnolia or plumeria as you drift to sleep to the sound of water gently splashing in the fountain. In the morning help yourself to the bananas (over four different varieties) and coconuts.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dolllars.

Memorial Day Weekend from $249.50 per night 3 night minimum.

Labor Day Weekend from $199.50 per night 3 night minimum.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays require a 5 night minimum.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received 20 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, 25% of the total rate will be charged, 10 days or less 50%, and 3 days or less 75% of the total rate. From Dec. through April (30 days, 20 days, and 5 days respectively.)
