Our Island Thing

A get away to “Our Island Thing” will be unforgettable vacation for everyone. Huge 1900 sq ft house with lots of room for the whole family and kids. 2 level concrete home is roomy and airy upstairs with huge kitchen, living and dining area, master bedroom, bathroom and den area. Downstairs are another 2 bedrooms, bath and recreation room for lots of play time for the whole family and friends. Great for the kids equipped with ping pong table and Nintendo.

Located on a large double lot with 100’ of canal frontage, boat slip. Picnic area at canal side for lots of fun in the sun. This home includes 1 kayak & 2 bikes (1 adult & 1 child). Equipped with everything you’ll need for Keys style vacation!

Payment Policy: Unless otherwise specified, rental periods must be for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Monroe County, Florida's vacation rental law.

All vacation rentals will be taxed on rent and cleaning fees; State Sales Tax (7.5%) & Monroe County Tourist Development Tax (4%) totaling 11.5% tax.

All monthly vacation rentals will be charged utilities (water & electric) and cleaning fees in addition to rent.

Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal and holiday events may be higher.

Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits refunded in full. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained.

Rules: Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am. Please contact our office 1 week prior to your arrival to confirm specific check-in procedures.
