Our well furnished 3 bedroom home rental Edgewater can comfortably accommodate six vacationers. It features a master bedroom with queen-size bed and second bedroom with a double bed. Set up as an office, the third bedroom hosts a small oak desk, chair, loveseat and high speed roadrunner. There are one and a half bathrooms that come aptly fitted with luxuries for your convenience. The fully stocked kitchen contains energy star appliances with ample cupboard space for a delightful cooking experience. Dining room houses a glass top rattan set.

The living room in this Edgewater vacation rental home includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, matching recliners and a glass-top coffee table. There is cable TV, DVD player and stereo for your entertainment. Our child friendly Edgewater vacation home offers a large patio off the kitchen. The patio comes fully equipped with beautiful furniture and private gas barbecue grill for your enjoyment.

Edgewater has two city parks directly on the Indian River with ample boat launches and parking available. The River walkway runs the entire length of Riverside Drive from Edgewater to New Smyrna Beach, with beautiful driveways, ample shops, restaurants, museums and art houses.

This Edgewater house rental provides easy access to Daytona Beach. You can also visit the Space Coast Museum, make a daytrip to Orlando attractions and drive to St. Augustine, America's oldest city. Golf aficionados would enjoy their stay at our Edgewater home near golf course as well. There are magnificent golf facilities, where they can enjoy their tee time to the fullest.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to occupancy without any penalty unless the deposit was paid via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of occupancy will forfeit the deposit.

Rules: No Smoking in the house. All cigarette butts are to be disposed of in proper conainers. Candles are for decoration only. Noise ordinace in effect after 10PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Garbage pickup dates are Tue and Fri. All refuse is to by curbside by 8 AM. No animals are permitted on premises without prior consent of owner.
