There is a BBQ area with gas grills. Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom unit with extra bunk room is fully equipped and ready to become your home away from home. Enjoy your spacious Living Room with 32' Cable TV and DVD. There is a full sized washer and dryer in each unit and the kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances as well as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and much more. All your basic needs will be met for cooking and dining ~ just add food and let the chef inside of you take over when the day is done and the sun has set.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. Rates are valid for weekly rentals from Sat-Sat only! Rates do not include a 9% state/local/hotel tax! All units are no pets, no smoking! We accept all major credit cards, cashier's checks, or money orders. $250 down payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to travel.

Cancellation Policy: $250 down payment is non-refundable. Any additional payments are refundable on cancellations prior to 30 days of the travel date. Any cancellations within 30 days of the travel date are completely non-refundable. Travel protection is available for an additional fee.

Rules: *Must be at least 25 yrs old to occupy this unit or be accompanied by parent or guardian!!!!! *Once booked the reservation can not be moved to a different week, and reservation can not be moved to a different property. *Unit is no pets and no smoking!!
