This romantic holiday villa is in the traditional style of the grand old South. If you want to get away from the tourist-populated beaches on the East Coast of Florida, there are still isolated beaches and untouched nature to discover on the West Coast of Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico!

Hudson, in Pasco County, offers peace, quiet, and relaxation, yet it's centrally situated, within easy driving distance to many of Florida's attractions. Sea Pines is a safe and relaxed neighborhood near the shore, where you can buy fresh seafood directly off the boats! General tourism hasn't over-run this county, which still retains a polite and charming Southern character.

This rustic and delightfully-designed villa has a three sided covered veranda, a partially covered patio with a solar heated swimming pool, and an outside shower. One side of property is waterfront (direct access to Gulf of Mexico) with a small pier which is ideal for fishing. You can rent a boat nearby.

The dining room offers a fantastic panoramic view from its tower-like setting. Shops and restaurants are within convenient driving distance. We are only 5 min. from the famous BONATI Clinic.

The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and cooking utensils. The villa also offers cable TV, DVD, VCR, telephone & telefax, a washer & dryer, hair dryer, iron, garden grill, beach items, bicycles and enough beach-, bath- and other towels, bed sheets, and blankets to last the holidays. All you have to bring is yourself!!

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. We require a 15% deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 21 days before your scheduled arrival date. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 21 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. Once we reach that 21-day point, the rental fee is nonrefundable, unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If we rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $25 cancellation fee.

Rules: A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee.
