RATES

Payment Policy: A minimum pre-payment of 25% of the total cost plus the Administrative Fee is the required down payment at time of booking, unless the arrival date is less than 30 days in advance. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day written notice is required for a full refund, 31-59 days written notice for 50% refund, a 30 days or less notice forfeits the full reservation amount. All refunds are less the administrative fee and taxes.
