Wonderful for children and/or the elderly (no stairs), the lanai door leads directly to the heated pool and beach. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. Pack less! We have added a washer and dryer for our guests' convenience. There are televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room. We have stocked the unit with an array of books, movies and boardgames to choose from and you will find beach chairs to take along with you to our pristine beach.

RATES

Payment Policy: A minimum pre-payment of 25% of the total cost plus the Administrative Fee is the required down payment at time of booking, unless the arrival date is less than 30 days in advance. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day written notice is required for a full refund, 31-59 days written notice of 50% refund, a 30 day notice or less forfeits the full reservation amount. All refunds are less the administrative fee.
