Cancellation Policy:
Deposits: Advance deposit is due at the time a reservation is made, the amount due will be exactly half the rent less the tax. The rental payment balance is due in full one month before arrival and may be paid in check, bank money order, cashiers check, or pay pal. A security deposit of $1000 will be needed prior to arrival.
Refunds: If for any reason you need to cancel, you must do so at least 45 days in advance of your arrival in order for a full refund of your deposit. If you are not able to cancel within the 45 day period, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are not able rent the property for the same time period, your Advance Rent Payment will be forfeited.
