With superb golfing facilities and opportunities, outdoor adventures, shopping, fine dining options available at your doorstep, you are sure to live it up in style at this haven which is a part of the Lakeside Golf & Country club.

Around eight vacationers can curl up in the comfortable ambiance of our air-conditioned 4 bedroom villa rental in Inverness, which includes two double beds and four twin beds. Three bathrooms are well appointed as per modern standards. All the bedrooms of this villa are pleasantly furnished and commands awesome outside views.

For your entertainment, our Inverness vacation rental villa features a TV with cable, DVD and CD/stereo player. You can catch up with your favorite movies from our DVD library and to surf the web or catch up with emails, there is wireless Internet. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes and there is a breakfast bar and lounge bar as well.

There is a private swimming pool for you to revel which features an underwater sitting plateau and Jacuzzi with underwater benches. The pool can be heated for extra charge. Our Inverness villa near golf course is a golfer’s heaven. There is an on-site putting green and your stay is inclusive of green fees on four golf courses - Lakeside, Citrus springs, silver springs and Miona Lake golf courses.

As this Inverness villa rental is located on the scenic Nature Coast of Florida, this area also has easy access to numerous outdoor sports and adventure avenues. There is a nature trail on-site and you can also indulge in boating, canoeing, river tours, biking, horseback riding, diving, fishing and much more. Other entertainment venues within a short drive include the beach, car speedway, a bowling alley and Disney World in Orlando which is approximately an hour’s drive away.

Payment Policy: All rates shown are in US Dollars. 10% discount for stays of 3 weeks. Payments are accepted by wire transfer and checks in US Dollars. A security/damage deposit will be charged locally. $250 for weekly stays and $500 for monthly stays. A deposit of 10% of the rental fee is due at time of booking. Full payment of the rental fee is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, no cancellation charge. If a reservation is cancelled between 60 - 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge of 50% of the rental fee will be charged. Cancelling a reservation 30 - 0 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Rules: No pets allowed We reserve the right to make any reservation changes without notice. INDEMNIFICATION: The Tenant covenants that the Landlord shall not be liable to the Tenant for any damages or injuries to the property of the Tenant or to guests or property of the guests of the Tenant or any other person, occasioned by or due to alleged or real defects in the premises, and the Tenant agrees that it will held the Landlord harmless of and from and against the claims of all persons whosoever may allege that they have received injuries while upon the leased premises. OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for a 3 bedroom is 6 people and a 4 bedroom is 8 people. Guests are allowed, however, if the number of OVERNIGHT guests exceeds the maximum capacity of the home, you will be asked to vacate and your deposit will be forfeited. No parties or larger gatherings are permitted on the premises without prior written approval of the rental agent. Swim at own risk. No diving allowed No smoking inside Garbage collection is twice a week on Mondays and Thursday. Please place the trash container by the road. Cleaning after departure is included. Cleaning during one's stay can be arranged at applicable charge. At date of check-out, please check under beds and other furniture to check for personal items and rubbish etc to be removed. Furniture should be in the same location as at start of stay. Keys to be handed in at front desk when checking out.
