This immaculate oceanfront cottage in Ponte Vedra Beach is located just 15 minutes from St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida to offer a variety of vacation experiences. After a short drive to golf in Ponte Vedra Beach at the world famous Sawgrass Players Club, or shopping and sight seeing in the nations oldest city, St. Augustine or dinner and the theater in Jacksonville or you can explore Florida's wild side across the street with the entrance a short mile away is the beautiful Guana River .
Or enjoy quiet and relaxation right outside the front door on the beautiful Ponte Vedra beach, from beach combing, to sandcastle building, surf fishing, beach volley ball and of course sunbathing, your stay will be refreshing and memorable.
However you choose to spend the day Pelican Pass Cottage will be a welcome end to your busy vacation day.
All the rooms have ocean views and breezes. The great room looks out over the front lawn to the ocean. The master bedroom offers a walk in shower, the second bath is accessible from 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed set and a trundle bed set. All bedrooms and living room have large screen TV/DVD/VCR/MP3 combos. There is a full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, full size stove, dishwasher, and ice and water dispenser in the refrigerator. All linens and necessities are supplied. Complete laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ceiling fans and calming comfort are through out the house.

The balance along with a $250.00 security deposit is due two weeks before check in.
There is a $125.00 cleaning fee, per rental, and 9% taxes required by Florida law.
