The bedrooms of this vacation home feature a queen-size bed and a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, hair dryer and a shower. You could enjoy a grand lunch and diner prepared in the fully equipped kitchen in the dining hall that has dining table seats.

The early mornings can be made more refreshing by taking a swim in the private swimming pool. The evenings can be made livelier by watching some interesting musical programs on the TV placed in the living room. If you like, you can select a DVD of some latest film from the DVD library library and could watch it as the living room also has DVD player. Being located close to many attractions including beach, it becomes easy for you to swim. Our Jensen Beach vacation home also provided facility to do fishing, or playing volley ball and basket ball in the evenings, You could visit some of the fine restaurants to enjoy fabulous cuisine s at affordable rates.

One months Security Deposit along with first months advanced rental required equal to the booking amount.

Cashier Checks preferred. Personal checks accepted and will place a hold on the rental dates requested, but require clearing your bank before rental will be locked in. Please allow 7 - 10 days for a personal check to clear once deposited. Electricity and cleaning fees are included in the rates.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

A small dog or cat will be considered with additional damage, security and cleaning fees. Please, no more then two pets at one time.

Absolutely No Smoking!

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.

Please replace all paper products that you have consumed during your stay. Thank you.

Garbage pick-up is on Wednesday morning. Please place garbage in the can in the ground by the curb.

Parking is permitted in the designated unmarked spaces immediately in front of the unit.

Street parking is not permitted after 7PM at night. Your car will be towed. For additional parking, park for free at the pool parking lot located directly located across A1A (Pool Parking Area)

For rental stays less then 14 days, a parking pass picked up a security gate will be issued for each guest. For Rental stays longer then 14 days a temporary day pass will be issued then guest must obtain the long term bar coade pass from the Association Office.

Please return 4 beach passes. Do not lose them. There is a charge of $25.00 for all lost beach passes.

ON DEPARTURE:

All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.

The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.

The thermostat should be turned to 65 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees.

All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.

Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.

Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.

Leave keys in bowl on small side glass table.
