CHICAGO VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION
In the magnificent Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago is this stunning 1890’s vintage Georgian, only 1/2 block from Oak Beach, Chicago’s premier restaurants and nightlife on Rush Street and one block to the fabulous “Magnificent Mile.” Situated amongst historic mansions, the neighborhood itself attracts countless visitors each year who come to capture Chicago’s architectural beauty and history.
Offered are several two bedroom and a garden unit suite each individually decorated with distinctive art, living rooms with fireplaces and flat screen TV’s, dining room, fully equipped granite kitchens, high speed internet access, cable television and private phone lines. All of the suites are nonsmoking.
The apartment style suites are comfortably furnished with queen size beds, 600 thread count brushed Egyptian cotton sheets as well as queen size sleeper sofas in each living room. A major restoration has just been completed, and now includes laundry facilities and a mini gym with Nautilus treadmill and free weights. Parking is available on a first come basis.
You cannot beat the location and comfortable accommodations. Two Bedroom Suites – 1st floor features art by Modigliani, 2nd floor art deco by Lempicka and third floor with 2 full baths and large deck features art by Vettriani. Owner’s private one bedroom suite – (Marco Polo) has a Eurasian theme, marble bath with 100 y/o Tibetan vanity, 47” LCD with surround sound, innovative flat screen gas fireplace, and high end furnishings.
