We are located in the tropical tree lined waterfront community of Apollo Beach, on the eastern side of Tampa Bay, that is a year-round haven with fifty-five miles of canals and inlets for boating, fishing, bird watching, site seeing, and a host of other on & offshore activities just waiting for you to enjoy.

Beautiful spacious rooms await your arrival, where you can retreat from a day of busy activity and enjoy the quiet comforts of your home away from home.

This single story property has been constructed along a new seawall and we are installing boat slips and lifts for all your boating needs. Located on the water where the East Fondon Canal meets the Ponce DeLeon Canal leading out to Tampa Bay.

The property was designed to bring the aesthetic feel of the Keys to Tampa Bay. Experience the outdoors where beautiful brick-pavers line walkways and community gathering areas with fire-pits and benches. Rentals are available weekly or monthly, with discounts for monthly and substantial discounts for periods over 1 month. If you are in a group, we can apply the rate applicable to the whole group to each individual guest.

Rate Discounts available to certain groups and when special are offered, just ask.

A 7% State of Florida Tax will be added to the above, All rentals less than monthly, add $65 housekeeping charge. Rates include housekeeping prior to arrival only, not daily or interval housekeeping. Interval housekeeping available, ask for pricing.

Payment in Full required 10 days before check in, no reservation is confirmed until paid in full, reservations must be cancelled at least 10 days prior to check in.

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Cashiers Checks (payable in US funds).
