The studio is fully furnished and supplied with the following: air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, cable TV, internet access, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, linens provided. Sleeps maximum of 2 people, non smoking only.

Payment Policy: Payment in US dollars only (US$). I accept payments with Paypal or cashier's check or money order. Payment with a personal check only if one month in advance.

Cancellation Policy: A security deposit of $250.00 (that is fully refundable if studio is left in same condition as found and keys are return to Lessor), is required to secure the reservation. The security deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled less than 4 weeks in advance

Rules: Tenant assures the landlord that they will observe all conditions terms of the lease as to maintaining the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Tenat will read and agree to adhere to the Mantell Plaza Condominium Rules & Regulations at all times.
