Sleep like a king and queen: Sealy Posturpedic Crown Jewel mattresses, 1000 threat count Egyptian sateen cotton linens, and Four Seasons luxury pillows. To help you get a royal sleep, we provide Spa-quality luxury towels, and Bath and Body washes for Jacuzzi and all three bathrooms. One king bed (for the king and queen) in master suite, king & queen vanities, king & queen closets, flat screen Sony cable HDTV with DVD player; three over-sized queen beds, in the "Royal Room," "Bamboo Room," and media room (doubles as fifth bedroom); and one full bed in the "Sunshine Room." You're sure to get a good night's rest. Our home is located on a very private lot, surrounded by nature. Wake up to the smell of fresh air and garden fragrances in 1/2 acre of lush, tropical repose. Walk out to the pool from master suite and absorb the regenerating warmth and glow of sunrise, the harmony of birds singing, and the refreshing serenity of waterfalls flowing from the pool. Security deposit of $300 and copy of driver's license due 60 days before check-in date.

Cleaning fee $150; excess cleaning (more than normal or machine) additional $150.

No refunds until dates rebooked; no refund within 90 days.
Cancellation fee of 5% (transactions costs/processing).
