Security deposit refundable 30 days after check-out (provided no damage or charges).
Cleaning fee $150; excess cleaning (more than normal or machine) additional $150.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds until dates rebooked; no refund within 90 days.
Cancellation fee of 5% (transactions costs/processing).
Refunds processed within 30 days.
