Enter this newly constructed 6 bedroom vacation rental in South Lake Tahoe, California and be mesmerized by the soaring 30ft cathedral ceilings complimented by tall picture windows seemingly inviting the forest into the Lodge. A large deck overlooks the forest which leads to the river where you can even go fishing. This home boasts of resort like amenities such as the large heated indoor salt water pool, cedar-lined sauna room, slate steam room, 6 person hot tub on a deck with a forest view, including an 8ft billiards table and large flat screen TV in the great room.

The spacious foyer entrance opens up to a combination great room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops and include top of the line stainless steel appliances, double ovens and complete brand new kitchenware to delight any gourmet cook.

This lodge in South Lake Tahoe for 16 has two gas fireplaces set in the loft/game room and the great room. Watch TV on a large 50" flat screen with audio system or snuggle by the fireplace nestled inside a beautiful river rock entertainment center. All bedrooms are exquisitely decorated, boast brand new furniture, flat panels TV's and luxurious bed/bath linen.

Relax and get away from the maddenning crowds, then later if you change your mind its only a short drive back to Downtown Tahoe, the Casinos and the central hubs near the Lake and the Beaches.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

2 night min. execpt during peak and Holiday seasons. Thanksgiving Wk at $900/night.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $1000.00 is refundable after ten days after keys are mailed back if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt.

Rules: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $1000.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival date.
