This single family, one-story ranch style residence features 2,100 sq ft of air-conditioned living space surrounding your privately fenced large pool and screened in lanai. The home is fully furnished in an open sunny style. All linens including beach towels are finished. Full kitchen set-up: pots/pans, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave. The Master Suite has private bath and shower, walk-in closet and TV. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with carpeting. Tile is throughout all common areas. The Master has a King size bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 with Queen beds and bedroom 4 with a hidden Full size bed also doubles as an office. The office features an Executive size desk and bookcases with views of the pool. The Futon in the den can be utilized to sleep 10 comfortably. Basic cable, wireless high-speed internet access (wired internet also in office). 56 inch HD flat screen TV with DVD/VHS player in living room. Large screen projection TV in den for your viewing pleasure. Pool and lanai area feature gas grill, dining area seating 6, outdoor living area featuring settee, 2 chairs and ceiling fans. Pool sets the mood with waterfall and fan sprays. Washer and Dryer, outside drink refrigerator, play yard for children, and 2-car attached garage are part of the package. Pets with well-trained owners are welcome. Additional fee may be required. Located close to shopping centers, malls, movie theaters, and restaurants, near major Golf Courses (public and private), 1 hour from Disney & Orlando attractions, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens. 40 minutes from Gulf Beaches. Payment Policy: All rates in US $ dollar. Preferred payment method is PayPal. $500 refundable security deposit due at time of booking. Additional pet deposit depending on type/size of pet due at start of rental. 30 day minimum required due to community restrictions. Daily/weekly rates available beyond 30 days.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $50. For cancellation less than 90 days but more than 30 days, there is a fee of $250. Cancellations less than 30 days there are no refunds.

Rules: Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the lanai. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Parking: Parking is available in the garage and driveway Street parking is strongly discouraged by the neighborhood Parking in the curve is illegal and dangerous There is a $100 fee for a lost garage door opener. Please be careful Please be respectful of our neighbors, this is a private community. Local noise restrictions go into effect at ten o'clock at night. No loud parties, no music outside after ten o'clock. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to the property for any disturbance. Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance.
