A $200.00 deposit ($100 from 4/18 to 12/18) is due at time of reservation.This becomes a telephone/security deposit at time of rental. Full rent is required 30 days before rental. Payment by personal check, or money order. Deposit is returned within six weeks of return of keys. Rates do not include the 6% sales tax nor the 5% condo tax. Rent is payable 30 days before occupancy. A 10% discount is offered for stays of 4 weeks or more or for occupancy by two adults only.



 
Cancellation Policy:

60 days notice required for full return of deposit. Full return if reservation is replaced.
