4 Bedroom Home at St Augustine

This comfortable and relaxed area is decorated with high quality West Indies style furniture. The living area opens onto a covered deck, which runs the length of the house. This adds significant space to the living area and allows adults to keep a watchful eye on children playing on the beach below. This deck is furnished with a large dining table and several chairs. The second floor deck offers great views and easy access to the beach. Our guest’s report that they absolutely love to sit on the deck and watch the dolphins’ jump, the pelicans zoom in for a catch, and the sea gulls flying in military formation. Of course, swimming, shelling, gathering sharks' teeth, walking, surf fishing, and sunning on the beach are everyday activities. Often tide pools form and make baby-sized swimming pools on the beach for the toddlers.

This luxury home sleeps eleven guests. It has four bedroom suites, each with its own private bath. All bedrooms have their own television and VCR or DVD player. The three main bedroom suites have sliding glass doors that open onto oceanfront decks. The fourth suite also has great ocean views. The living room has a sofa sleeper that converts to a double bed. The bed does not have a regular sofa sleeper mattress; it has an air mattress which makes this bed VERY comfortable. The living room sleeping area has even more fantastic views!

Security/damage deposit of $500.00 is required

An additional $500.00 deposit is required for each pet. Until your Rental Agreement is signed by a representative of Sun N' Surf Vacation Rentals, your contract is not considered complete.

Thanksgiving, Nov 22 - Nov 28 $3300.00 per week.

Christmas, Dec 20 - Dec 26 $4800.00 per week.

New Years, Dec 27 - Jan 2 $4800.00 per week.

March 7 - March 27 $2800.00 per week.

Easter, March 28 - April 10 $3800.00 per week.

Daily & Monthly rentals are only available between September 1. and March 1, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks.

Less than 3 night rentals, add $250.00 for cleaning. Less than 1 week rental add $200.00 for Serenata Beach Club Membership.

Sales & Tourist tax of 9% are added to the above rates.
