This centrally air-conditioned 1 bedroom condo rental in Sunny Isles Beach can comfortably accommodate up to four vacationers. The well furnished bedroom includes two double beds. The bathroom is well appointed as per modern standards. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes and there are superb barbequing provisions available in the community.

The entertainment center features a TV to catch up with your favorite movies and shows. During your stay at our Sunny Isles Beach FL vacation rental, you can also unwind in the community’s outdoor swimming pool.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. In order to go ahead and reserve your stay there is a $300 deposit required. You may either send this by Western Union/Money Gram, Money Order/Cashiers Check by mail, Wire Transfer, or with a Credit Card with a 3.5% processing fee. The Half payment will then be made within 5 days of arrival unless paying Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order or if its otherwise arranged. For Christmas and New Years, Half payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00 plus. There are no refunds of your security deposit for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: Garbage: Please ensure that all garbage is disposed of in the garbage shoot prior to your departure. Smoking: Absolutely No Smoking inside of the condo. There will be a $250 to anyone that is caught smoking in the condo. Smoking is permitted on the deck, Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Telephone: Local and domestic long distance calls are free please use calling cards for any international phone calls. No House Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. On Departure: *All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. *The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. * Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. *All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage shoot down the hall. *Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. *Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. *Leave keys with front desk/security unless otherwise instructed.
