Located in the prestigious and gated community of Highgate Park in Legacy Villages, our Davenport, Florida vacation rental is perfect for a family holiday, friendly excursion or corporate sojourn. Since this villa is close to world famous attractions, golf courses and numerous other recreational venues, you are sure to have a memorable time here. Our 5 bedroom villa rental in Davenport is suitable for up to 12 guests. It features a king-size bed, queen-size bed, three sets of twin beds and a queen-size sofa bed. The plush master suite has a TV with DVD player and a hairdryer. All the three and a half bathrooms come well fitted with modern conveniences. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, this villa is all set to fulfill your culinary desires and requirements. There is an elegantly furnished expansive open plan family room with two large sofas and an additional living room with a six person dining table. This Davenport vacation rental villa has a 52” HD cable TV, DVD player and wireless Internet access. The game room comes replete with a full-sized pool table, air hockey and a ping-pong table. The children's area include a TV, PS2, PS2 games, DVDs, books and jigsaws and two giant cushions to lie on. Outdoor is a beautifully screened lanai, which houses a gleaming swimming pool, hot tub and a gas grill. Luxurious patio furniture is also provided in the lanai for your enjoyment. Highgate Park at Legacy Villages
From Orlando International Airport(MCO) :
Take the airport "South Exit to 417" and take 417 (Greenway) South.
Exit 417 (Greenway) South at Celebration Avenue and turn right.
At the traffic light, turn left onto Hwy. 192 West, proceeding past the Disney main gate entrance about 7 miles.
Proceed onto Hwy 27 South towards Haines City and Davenport (left hand lane) and continue for approximately 1.5 miles.
Turn right into Legacy Park/ Villages and continue all the way down, approximately 0.8 mile, then turn left into Highgate Park.
You should be facing Double Gates with Secured Gate Entry Box on left hand side (Security Code - provided with confirmation of booking)
Kensington Drive is the next two turns on the right as it is crescent shaped. Use the 2nd Kensington Drive turn and the Villa is approximately 100 yards down on the right hand side. The Villa is Number 537.
