You can sprawl in the comfort of our 4 bedroom home rental New Orleans, which comes with three queen-size beds, a double bed and two twin beds to accommodate nine vacationers. There are two full bathrooms It includes entertainment facilities such as a large screen TV, TV/DVD/VCR and CD stereo for you. You can cook your favorite dishes at the gourmet kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table for 10 vacationers. During your stay at our New Orleans rental house, you can take advantage of numerous outdoor attractions. You can head towards The French Quarter to enjoy nightlife, try your luck at casinos and taste fabulous food and wines at a wide range of restaurants. Moreover, many famous events such as Mardi Gras Parades, Jazz Fest, The Crescent City Classic, Ironman and UNO Arena are in close proximity as well.

| From Louis Armstrong Airport take US Interstate 610 to the Elysian Fields Exit. Turn left under the Interstate and proceed about one and one half miles on Elysian Fields (and two traffic signals) to Mirabeau Avenue. Turn right, go three blocks and turn left on Mandeville St. Distance is about 12 miles. |

Payment Policy:
Our rates are $1400-$1800 US weekly. During Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras, rates are highest. Other events rate the middle rates, non New Orleans Festival weeks are $1400. We accept paypal, personal checks and money orders.
There is a damage deposit of $250 which is refundable within ten days after check-out, provided normal wear and tear to the unit. The cleaning fee is $100.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules:
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
No smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted on the covered front porch or on the back patio. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in ziplock bags and in outdoor trash cans.
Garbage pick up is on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6AM. Place cans at the curb the evening before.
