MIAMI BEACH VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION

This is the house of one of the most well known Italian artists. He lives in a separate apartment of the same house and rents out the biggest part of the villa in the entire main floor. Being guests in this house is a very special experience for people who love art, culture and the cozy style of a sophisticated Italian athmosphere. Imagine a big dock entering the lagoon. A palm tree garden, pool and Jacuzzi antique-Rome style. A perfect Caribbean Island atmosphere. From this fortunate location you cannot see one building or any presence of a city but only bay, sky and the beautiful vegetation surrounding elegant houses. A small, incredible sandy beach on the bay front and a typical gazebo complete the dream. The sunset is just in front. In the garden, next to the pool, you’ll find a tropical bar and a garden kitchen with a barbecue. In this paradise you can rent a room or the whole house, if available, daily, weekly, monthly and long term at different prices. You can also rent the garden and the living areas for private and corporate parties, weddings etc.

Super high season(Dec 15 - Jan 20) add $80 a day per room. One week minimum stay.
Less than one week Short stay fee $20 a day per room.
Added bed $20 per person per night. Special rates can be applied on special dates.
Long term rentals and house sharing upon request.
B/fast $10 per person.
