Beautifully furnished with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and double rocker/recliner in the living room, our centrally air-conditioned 1 bedroom cottage rental in Winter Haven is perfect for honeymooners or a couple. The bathroom is well fitted with contemporary amenities. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the well equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements and there is a dining table as well. Well behaved pets are welcome. We have a no smoking inside policy at Water's Edge Cottage.

For your indoor entertainment, this Winter Haven cottage rental features a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, VCR and CD/stereo system. We also have a DVD and video library. Wireless Internet access is available in case you want to keep a tab on your emails or surf the web. We have a private boat dock and boats are also available for our guests.

During your stay at our Winter Haven lakefront cottage, you can enjoy a whole lot of outdoor fun and activities. There are many amusement and theme parks in the vicinity like Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. You can also try your luck in the nearby casinos and shop for your vacation memorabilia from the shopping retreats. Birds of all kinds are very close. ospreys, eagles, great blue herons, white herons, blue herons, white pelicans, annihingas, king fishers, herons, egrets, wood ducks, coots, mallards, finches, redbirds, mockingbirds, owls, threkels, redwinged blackbirds, blackbirds, and more. An occasional otter family may be seen.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% of total rent is due the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. A damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens. Pets considered with $3,000 deposit (enough to replace the wood laminate flooring if damaged by urine)

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $200.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Garbage pick-up is on Tuesday and Friday morning. Please place garbage can by the curb.
