Our professionally decorated 3 bedroom townhouse Alexandria consists of three queen-size beds for a comfortable stay of up to eight vacationers. The bedrooms are exceptionally furnished with exquisite details. There are 3.5 bathrooms, adequately fitted with showers and bathtubs for your conveninece.

Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
Your rentals shall be paid for in full and payments received forty five days in advance of your arrival. For last minute reservations, immediate payment in full is required to reserve your stay. You may pay by any major credit card (via PayPal) or by bank money order, cashiers check or personal check payable to CDI Properties, LLC and mail to PO Box 319, Woodbridge, VA 22194. The security deposit premium is $49 and protects your stay against damages up to $1,500. This fee is non-refundable. At time of reservation, a reservation deposit of $500 (which is credited towards your stay) and the security deposit premium is required to lock your stay in. | |||
Cancellation Policy:
A Ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than Ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
