ASKERSWELL VACATION COTTAGE RENTAL DESCRIPTION

Enjoy a break in a spacious 17th century stone-built cottage located in the heart of beautiful Dorset countryside, yet only minutes from the world-renowned Jurassic coastline.

Askerwell is located in west Dorset just off the A35 between Dorchester and the nearby market town of Bridport. It is close to the seaside resorts of West Bay and Lyme Regis and to the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline which includes Chesil Beach.

The cottage is part of a Grade II listed building which provides olde-worlde charm while the benefits of a modern conversion means larger windows and bigger rooms than more traditional cottages. The result is an airy and spacious, yet warm and cosy property.

The cottage is available by the week or for short breaks depending on the time of year. It sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Additionally there is a cot and highchair provided. Dogs and other pets are welcome subject to a surcharge.

RATES

Payment Policy: A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours. The balance of the rental is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Non payment of the balance will be deemed cancellation. Bookings made within six weeks of arrival are payable in full.

All Rates are in British Pounds.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the cottage. If this is possible your money will be refunded less a £30 administration charge. If we are not able to re-let the cottage then no refunds will be made. It is recommended that you obtain holiday insurance.
