Located on the beautiful Emerald Coast and part of the Sundestin Beach Resort, our Destin, Florida vacation rental commands stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Replete with many quality amenities, this beachfront condo is set in the heart of the city with restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment in the close vicinity.
Our 3 bedroom condo rental in Destin can easily lodge up to eight guests. It features two plush suites with king-size beds and private bathrooms. The third bedroom comes with twin beds. A sofa bed is provided for additional guests. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's with DVD players. Fully equipped with all modern appliances, our kitchen is all set to take care of your culinary desires and requirements.
This child friendly Destin vacation rental condo features an elegantly decorated living room and an oceanfront balcony. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the condo and you can bring your laptop for surfing the web, emails, chats, etc. You can also take advantage of the community amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, fitness room, on-site restaurant and tavern, tiki bar, gift shop and movie rentals.
Water sports enthusiasts will also find this Destin beachfront condo perfect for parasailing, snorkeling, jet skiing. In addition to beach and golf, there are hiking trails and biking paths. All rates U.S. Dollars 11% sales tax; $150 cleaning; $300 damage deposit. Personal checks accepted. Visa/Mastercard accepted with Application Fee of $100.00.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations prior to 90 days before arrival allowed with $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds after that not made unless CSA Trip Protection Insurance is purchased or condo can be rented to another group.
