Payment Policy: In order to reserve a villa, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days during the peak season of December 19th through January 3rd. There will not be a refund for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of arrival.

Rules: Rates do not include the governement tax (13%) A $1,000 (USD) security deposit will be required upon check-in. Providing that there are no damages to the rental unit, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
