Our air-conditioned 4 bedroom home rental in Nosara, Costa Rica is spacious enough to accommodate up to eight guests. The luxurious bedrooms have two king-size beds, two queen-size beds and a sofa sleeper. The bathrooms are fitted with all modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen is capable of satisfying your culinary desires. There is a private gas barbecue for you to grill up some delicious fare to pamper your taste buds.

For your entertainment, this Nosara house rental for 8 has TV, satellite TV, cable TV, DVD player and DVD library to gather over movies, music, sitcoms, and cartoons. Wireless Internet access is available to catch up with emails, keep tabs on office, work or surf the web. The balcony, lanai and the deck are perfect for lounging and lazing around. Payment Policy: $500 refundable security deposit due at reservation time, along with 50% of the rental fee. The remaining rental fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Full refund 60 days prior.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee will be the security deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 31 days prior to arrival, although consideration for a future stay within the year is an option in some cases. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: Pet Policy: A small dog will be considered with a higher security fee. Pool Rules: For your safety, please no running around the pool. No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. Hot Tub/Spa Rules: Children and pregnant women should not use hot tub. Cover hot tub after use. Garbage: Garbage pick-up is on Monday morning. Please place garbage can in the carport. It will be taken up the hill. Due to pizotes and other wild animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured. Ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. House Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please limit the volume on music outside after ten o’clock at night. On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. Air-conditioning should be turned off [controls in upstairs bedrooms]. Hot tub spa turned off. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
