All rates are in US Dollars.
50% due at booking, Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are usually only $88.95 per night!
One time cleaning fee - $95 (set up/clean fee) No daily maid service
4.166% Hawaii Excise Tax and 8.25% Accommodations Tax (12.416%) will be
added to daily rate making the total: $100 night with tax added.

Cancellation Policy:
1. We must receive your written cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival in order for you to receive a refund of your security deposit and rental fee. 2. If we receive written cancellation notice less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, our decision to return your security deposit and rental fee will be at our discretion. Any advertising costs to re-rent the condo may be deducted from your deposit. 3. All cancellations shall be charged a $30.00 service fee.

1. Indemnification and Insurance: Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Manager and the owner of the Property against all loss, damage, expense, and penalty arising from any action of the Guest or visitors of the Guest which causes injury or death to any person or damage to any property. Guests are encouraged to secure the appropriate travelers or vacation insurance and/ or renter's insurance. 2. The Condo Owners do not accept any responsibility or liability for any equipment failure and or services in the home/condo regardless of how it may have occurred. 3. The Condo Owners/agents do not accept responsibility for any lost or misplaced personal property which clients may leave in the condo. 4. The Condo owners/agents do not accept liability for the acts or omissions for agents over whom we have no control, such as airlines, car hire companies, travel agencies, etc.. 5. Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the condo. 6. Smoking: Is not permitted inside the condo and Hawaii law restricts smoking in any public areas. Costs to remove any odors will be taken from the security deposit. 7. Noise: The Property is located in a neighborhood which enjoys its quiet after dark. All Guests agree to use common sense in keeping noise volume low after dark. Any police enforcement actions by the City, County or Home/ Condominium Association are at the sole risk and expense of the registered Guest and may result in Excess Damage Cost and/or immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid. 8. Swimming pool and Condo Public Areas: Parents must at all times, supervise children when using the pool or other condo facilities. | |||
