Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. The 20% deposit and contract are required to confirm booking of the house. An additional 30% is due 30 days prior, and balance upon arrival. Payments with Visa and Master Card have a 2% processing fee charge and American Express has a 3% processing fee charge. Checks, money orders, and wire transfers are accepted.
