BONEFISHING....Great accommodations and fabulous bonefishing right in front of your own private villa as well as on the bonefishing flats of the south shore of Provo. Go when you want to go! SCUBA DIVING...Scuba divers enjoy the easy walk from the villas to the dive boats moored in our marina by some of the islands' best dive operators.
Our villa is situated on a narrow peninsula between Flamingo Lake (great bonefishing) and Cooper Jack Bight. On one side of the villa, we have our own, private Marina where guests can board several of the islands' dive boats and on the other, we have a lake for those who want to wade and bonefish. Kayaks can be launched from our Marina docks and used to explore the shoreline and canal system, fish the bonefishing flats, as well as visit our closest beach area called Cooper Jack beaches. They are the picturesque, sandy coves found to the left of the Marina channel entrance. If it's a bit of relaxation you want, in a friendly and tranquil environment, with a freshwater pool, unobstructed views of both the lake and the shallow ocean flats, and easy access to world-class bonefishing, diving and snorkeling and all the other adventures Provo offers, well then, you've found the right place. We've had guests get married here too and stay for their honeymoon.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations prior to the 30 days before arrival would result in a refund of the deposit less a 15% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation within that 30 day period may not give us the time needed to get a re-booking for the vacancy created.
