Located in a quiet, ocean-front, gated community with an easy accessibility to the beautiful bay, our Kapoho vacation rental home also offers a convenient access to several beautiful lagoons for swimming and snorkeling and the scenic Champagne Pond. Some of the well known tourist spots like Volcano National Park, Lava Tree State Park, botanical gardens, Kilauea Caverns, Hilo Farmers Market, Makuu Farmers Market, Pohoiki Surf Spot, Ahalanui Hot Pond, Kapoho Marine Preserve and many others are also easily accessible from this Kapoho house near beach.

Elegantly furnished with a queen-size bed and a double bed, this 2 bedroom home rental in Kapoho can comfortably lodge up to four vacationers. The bathrooms are well fitted with contemporary amenities and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a TV with satellite, VCR, DVD player and a video library to keep you glued to your favorite movies and TV shows. Also there is a CD/stereo system to play your favorite genre of music. You can keep a tab on your official emails and personal commitments as we have Internet access.

The fully stocked kitchen will let you prepare anything from a cup of coffee to gourmet meals while you stay at our vacation rental in Kapoho, Hawaii. There is a private lanai, deck and balcony to watch the amazing ocean vistas while sipping your favorite drinks or for enjoying alfresco dining with your group. Outside, in a gazebo near the house is a full-featured spa where you can get some relaxing therapies and massages and we also has a private hot tub. We are sorry but your beloved pets will not be allowed to stay at our non smoking Pualani home.

Kapaho itself is a paradise on earth with its breathtaking scenery and the Punaluu Black Sand Beach and Kehena Clothing Optional Black Sand Beach are ideal for surfing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, kayaking and all other water sports and leisure activities. Our Kapoho vacation home near golf courses and is an ideal base to hone your skills at the sprawling greens. There are many fabulous restaurants nearby where you can sample local mouthwatering cuisines and you can also shop for your vacation memorabilia from the shopping retreats situated close by.

Cancellation Policy: We require 50% of the TOTAL at the time of the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If a cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the total paid will be returned to the guests. NO refund after 45 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation did occur for emergency reasons, we would immediately attempt to rebook accommodations for the same time frame. If a new reservation can be secured, then 90% of the total paid would be refunded to the guests with a 10% cancellation charge. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible. If we are unable to re-rent for the canceled period, all rents paid, processing fees, & taxes will be forfeited as damages. Pets are not permitted at Pualani. Please remember this is a NO SMOKING home. CHECK IN time is after 2:00 PM on the arrival date. CHECK OUT on the date of departure will be by 11:00 AM. CARE OF PROPERTY: Guests are expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Your security deposit will be mailed to you in its entirety 30 days after your departure if you leave the house as you found it undamaged. If there is damage, there will be a $20/hour charge for housekeeping services, and depending on the damage.
