TARCOLES VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION Casa Maganda is located on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica near Jaco and adjacent to the popular Carara National Park. Casa Maganda is located in the Costa Montana gated community and is only 33 miles from the international airport in the capital city of San Jose. The main entrance of the beautiful Carara National Park is less than three miles from Casa Maganda.
Los Suenos Marriott Resort, Herradura Beach, and Jaco Beach are all within a short 15 to 20 minute drive. The city of Quepos and the Manuel Antonio National Park are only a little more than an hour's drive down the scenic 'Costanera Highway.' Casa Maganda is located on the bank of the tranquil Tarcolitos River and has an amazing view of the adjoining rainforest covered mountains.

While it is only 15 minutes from the Los Suenos Resort and all if its amenities, its location in the rainforest provides you with the unique opportunity of watching for rare Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, and 100's of other bird species from the privacy of your own private pool and deck.
It is minutes away from dozens of attractions such as the Carara National Park, Pura Vida Gardens, the Tarcoles River where you can book tours to view birds and crocodiles, several near-by canopy tours with zip lines, hanging bridges, and rainforest trams, golf, world-class sport fishing, surfing, fine dining, casinos, etc.
Casa Maganda has a truly awesome master suite with a huge walk-in shower with rainforest views, a 'jacuzzi' tub big enough for two, a walk-in closet, king size bed, a 30' plasma TV, incredible views of the lush tropical rainforest, and its own access to the back yard and pool area. In addition, there are two large guest bedrooms with a large shared bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own remote controlled a/c unit.
Casa Maganda has three living areas! One is a secluded seating area which is absolutely perfect for quiet reading or a peaceful afternoon nap. The second is an indoor garden atrium with dozens of tropical plants and a peaceful water fountain. The third doubles as the TV room and is combined with the kitchen to make it the perfect gathering place to watch the 42' plasma TV, listen to music, or play games. There is also an IPod Dock to connect your IPod to the TV speakers so that you can listen to your own music. Each living area has its own remote controlled a/c unit.
