PAPHOS VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION Sea Breeze Villa A is a luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom villa with a large pool in Chlorakas, near Paphos, 300m from the sea and short walk to amenities. Sea Breeze Villa A was built at the end of 2008 using the finest quality materials and the best craftsmanship. Every detail of the design was made with you in mind offering comfort, space and luscious outdoor surroundings.
On entering Sea Breeze Villa A you will find comfort within the luxurious interior. Open plan architecture with two sofas in front of the fireplace, colorful and intriguing works of art decorate the walls and a 37 inch flat LCD TV stands by the fireplace.
An 8 chair dining table by the patio ensures a view of the garden and pool. The modern design of the kitchen guarantees all the space you need to prepare meals and is fully equipped.
On the ground floor is the double bedroom with en suite shower and a double bed. On the 1st floor the double bedroom also with double bed has an en suite bath with overhead shower and the twin bedroom is with en suite shower. From the veranda on the 1st floor you can take in the beautiful sea view and watch the sun set.
A comfortable seating arrangement in the corner of the garden is the place to relax in between a cooling dip in the pool. There is also a food preparation area outside perfectly suited for all fans of Al-fresco.
A rocky beach is about 300 m away and is good for snorkeling. If you are after a sandy beach then there are a few choices within short driving distance. Also within a 1 km radius (walking distance) you will find a number of shops and restaurants. The large resort of Kato Paphos is only about 3 km away along the Tombs of the Kings road, and the resort of Coral Bay is about 7 km away. A frequent bus service runs from the top of the road (about 100m). Although it is possible to cope without a car we would suggest that car hire would enhance your holiday enjoyment.
