THE HEART OF SEASIDE ARTIST COLONY ************* If you ever saw the "TRUMAN SHOW" staring Jim Carey, you will remember the quaint and picture perfect town of SEASIDE FLORIDA. This adorable pedestrian friendly community has everything a vacation could ask for. This is not a "could be" in SEASIDE...this EUROPEAN STYLE APARTMENT is TRULY in the **********HEART of SEASIDE ************Unbelievable views from the rooftop where we have created a cozy and private spot for you to dine, relax in the sun, or view the stars at night....this is a great spot to get a birds eye view of the community and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico......a bit of New York or European style living at the beach because you step outside of your apartment and you have immediate access to EVERYTHING. The front of the apartment has separate spacious decks which give you the feel of THE NEW ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER and a great spot to people watch or just take in the sounds and sights of this artistic community. Of course, the beach is one of our most beloved attractions and that is just steps away from your front or back door. Immediately outside of this New York loft/industrial-type apartment, you can purchase your groceries, flowers, and souvenirs and listen to concerts on the grassy mall, or take a short bike ride to the tennis courts, one of the pools, have a drink at Bud and Alleys or head to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and bask in the sun...(Our guests receive complimentary passes for the pool, tennis courts, recreation facilities and fitness center) This "artist" apartment is located above the popular Quincy Toy and Art Shop in the heart of the artist colony called Ruskin Place. You are actually steps to the beach, and from the rooftop of this apartment, you have a 360 degree view of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico. The apartment can be rented several ways. On the second floor, there are TWO APARTMENTS: PICASSO MOON AND PICASSO SUN. There is a wonderful balcony that overlooks the pedestrian street,...both apartments have separate access to this balcony with comfortable seating and dining. The smoke-free, pet free....but extremely CHILDREN FRIENDLY first APARTMENT called PICASSO MOON, has two bedrooms (one of these bedrooms is a bunk room) and two baths. The second APARTMENT, called PICASSO SUN, is a one bedroom with queen bed, full bath and a living/dining ...sofa sleeper...area with an efficiency kitchen. So.........for a large group, you can have both apartments (see combination rates)open to the other and sleep a total of 11-12 people and have two kitchens...............................or If you have a small family, you can rent PICASSO MOON......or if there are only two of you, the smaller apartment (PICASSO SUN) would be perfect. There are many possibilities......

Payment Policy: I do not accept credit cards....personal checks are fine, and I will require a deposit within one week of booking and reserving...

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY Any cancellation done PRIOR to TWO WEEKS of ARRIVAL DATE will allow guest total reimbursement of deposit, less a $75.00 administrative fee. Any cancellation done AFTER the TWO WEEKS of ARRIVAL DATE, all of the deposit will be kept by owner UNLESS, the owner can re-book the property to another party for those dates cancelled. In that case, all of the deposit will be returned to the guest less an administrative fee of $75.00 and that refund will occur only after the new guests have departed. HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY There will be NO REFUND if there is a named hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico UNLESS the hurricane should pose immediate danger to OUR stretch of the beach. In the event the hurricane should pose immediate danger to OUR stretch of the beach, all of the deposit will be refunded. Should a hurricane occur during your stay, and the authorities require evacuation, it will be MANDATORY that our guests evacuate, and the cost of your stay will be prorated. There are no refunds due to inclement weather or voluntary evacuations. DAMAGES You will be held responsible and charged accordingly for any damage, repairs or neglect of the home you are renting. This includes but is not limited to smoking , and theft. LOST AND FOUND Although we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we do make every effort to locate and return forgotten items to you. If notified, found items will be sent by charging shipping fees to a major credit card. NO PETS........ Please don't even think about bringing one, I will make you leave and keep your deposit. NO SMOKING Please remember that we do not allow pets and smoking. I live in the apartment above this unit, and of course am aware of all guests and activities.
