One Bedroom Waterfront with Private Balcony # 6

The view from our one bedroom 2nd floor apartment is nothing short of fantastic. The Balcony is high over any obstructions and gives the guest a magnificent view of the wide canal and beautiful Lake Seminole.

There is a balcony that will have you wanting to live outside most of the time. Your apartment is perfect for two persons. It was constructed by our British partners and was a labor of love indeed. Here is their description.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer with in door ice and water functions , a combination microwave/convection oven with brown and sizzle function and compact dishwasher. A portable counter top stove and George Foreman grill is included. The lounge diner has a beautiful view of the canal and lake from the incredibly comfortable love seat and leather chair with ottoman. The high top dining table gives further 180 degree views over the azure pool and leisure area. If you should wish to take your eyes off the view your suite is equipped with a state of the art flat screen television, DVD and VCR, we also have a video library available. The view from this apartment is spectacular and you have a commanding view of Lake Seminole.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.

For Feb and March add 10%

All prices subject to 11% tourist tax

The Rates for 2 persons. This apartment doesn't allow for more than 2 persons

Rules:
1. Pets must be on a leash at all times.
2. Pets must be walked off the property and never on the property. No exceptions to this rule and guests will be asked to leave without refund if they walk their pets on the property.
3. Pet owners must carry plastic bags and pick up dog droppings from the street.
4. There may be guests that do not care for pets. Pets should be kept from public areas.
5. When dogs are left alone in the apartment, the pet owner should consider leave the television playing to distract the pet from outside noises and the potential for constant barking.
7. Presumably you have traveled with your pet before. If your pet howls when left alone and bothers our other guests or other pets, you will be asked not to leave the pet alone.
8. Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool at any time or for any reason.
9. Any pets that are aggressive to other pets are not welcome at Casa Del Sol.
