Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.

Refundable $1000 deposit required for reservation. First payment due prior to 90 days before beginning of the lease. Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. Applicable taxes are paid by leasee based upon lease rate. All short term rentals less than 6 months are subject to Florida Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax of 6½% and St. Lucie County Tourist Development Tax of 5%.

 
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is returned if cancelled prior to 90 days before the beginning of the lease. After that the deposit and lease fees are not refundable unless lessor can re-lease the property for the same period and at the same terms. If re-leased, the original lessee will be refunded the original amount paid, including any security deposits, less a $200.00 cancellation fee.

 
Rules: No pets. No Smoking. 90 days minimum stay. Management office requirements- go to www.harbourisleeast.org, and click "forms" and you will see the rental application. The application needs to be completed and sent to the office with a fully executed lease and a non-refundable $100 application fee. The minimum rental is 3 months with a maximum of two leases per calendar year. Every person who lives in the unit, must be on the application and must have a criminal and credit check done for the safety of all. Bar codes will be issued for gate entry and are $15 each.
