CARNELIAN BAY VACATION HOME RENTAL DESCRIPTION Serene setting, great front deck, woodsy but convenient. Nicely updated Old Tahoe home in quiet Cedar Flat neighborhood. Child and pet-friendly with great hiking trails nearby, new gated front deck and fenced back yard. New gas grill on the deck, and charcoal grill in the yard with picnic table and benches (be careful with fires!). Homeowner’s association gated lakefront lot with beach and pier.

Modern kitchen, dining room with gas fireplace and sitting room. Great room with comfortable leather couches, wood-burning fireplace, big screen TV/DVD & WI/FI. Original back door leading out to newly developed yard, completely fenced with charcoal grill, picnic table, and play toys for the kids. Laundry room off kitchen. Three full baths, one with new soaking tub, aaaah.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms have queen beds, and the loft has a double bed. Back den with additional sitting area. Warm, comfortable home located mid-way between Tahoe City and Kings Beach for easy access to year-round recreation.

Airport Information

From our office turn LEFT onto North Lake Blvd. (Hwy. 28). Travel about 3 miles, up & over Dollar Hill (7-11 on the right); about 1/2 mile along a flat, level stretch of the highway, turn LEFT onto Lardin Way; go up the hill, veer LEFT onto High Street, continue up the hill.

Turn RIGHT onto Nightengale Road and make the first sharp RIGHT onto Lardin Way; continue down the hill to 2nd LEFT on Tunnington: 590 Tunnington will be about 1/2 way down the street on the LEFT side.
