NEWPORT BEACH VACATION TOWNHOUSE RENTAL DESCRIPTION This vacation home is the lower unit of a duplex and is one house away from the sand, walking distance from park, basketball court, tennis court, and Newport Pier on the boardwalk. This is not the typical vacation rental.

In summer, winter, spring, or fall, this NON-SMOKING vacation home is definitely all about location, rest, and relaxation. Enjoy breakfast or a family barbecue on the huge patio while enjoying the ocean breeze. Step out to the ocean and watch the dolphins swim by or on a winter\'s morning enjoy views of Catalina Island. First bedroom has a King-size bed, guest bedroom has one twin, and one trundle bed (total three beds in guest bedroom). A sliding glass door opens up from the living room to your patio where you can read and relax while enjoying the ocean breeze and later cook on your SS Barbeque.

This vacation home includes one covered parking and one parking space on alley. It also includes all linens, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and wireless internet.

You will be walking distance from great restaurants, live music, and shops in the heart of the peninsula. If you are looking for activities, there are plenty to choose from - biking, boogie boarding, surfing, sailing, boat rentals, whale watching, Catalina Island, fishing, shopping at Fashion Island, and more.

This rental is just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Getty Museum, and many other tourist attractions.
