This waterfront condo is in a popular, safe beach community just North of Fort Lauderdale. The building is friendly with special character and design touches not found in most South Florida condos.

It is casual, tropical, carefully maintained and well suited for upscale business and vacation travelers. A relaxing get-away that's close to everything.
The condo is in a perfect location within a short, scenic walk to the beach, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, nail and beauty salons, gourmet fish store, supermarket and dozens of shops and restaurants.


We have a beautiful, heated swimming pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can spend the day or evening watching the passing yachts. The closest 36-hole golf course is a five-minute drive. Tennis is a five minute walk.

Airport Information

From Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport or Miami International Airport:

Take I-95 North Pass the Fort Lauderdale exits (Broward, Sunrise, Commercial, Cypress Creek) Exit East on Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach toward the ocean. Cross Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and continue East a few more blocks. Go to the Intracoastal Waterway bridge but DO NOT go over it. You will see Mr. Fish gourmet seafood on the left. Get in the left turn lane at the base of the bridge, and turn left onto NE 28th Ave. (note there is no street sign for NE 28th Ave.) The street is only one block long and it dead ends into Pompano Yacht & Beach Club. Unload your luggage in the circular drive, then park in assigned parking space #52 to the left of the building.
